You are clearing out your cellar or would like to reduce your wine stock?
We would be happy to appraise your fine wines and make you a fair offer.

#2 Let us Sell Your Wine on our Auction Platform (Consignment)
Instead of selling the wines to us, it is also possible to use our consignment service. In this case, the wines remain in your possession until a buyer is found. In this way, you get the best possible price obtained at auction and we get a share that compensates us for our work. The cleaning of the bottle, the 360° photography and the collection of the data about the wine (producer, region, etc.) is done professionally and takes a lot of work off your hands. If no buyer is found at the auction, the wines remain in your hands. All without risk and at excellent financial conditions - both for the buyer and the seller.
What Amount is Paid to the Seller?
VAT will be deducted from the hammer price (incl. VAT) and the commission will be transferred to WineBarrel according to the table below.
What is the Procedure?
The wines are appraised by WineBarrel, cataloged and assigned to meaningful auction lots. Then the bottles are cleaned, photographed (360° method) and included in the auction. After the auction of the last lot, WineBarrel prepares the final invoice and pays the price to the seller by bank transfer. If no buyer is found, the further procedure will be discussed together. The cost of shipping and any return shipment will be borne by the seller.
